For any rentals or newly build properties, get piece of mind to get a detailed comprehensive list of any current or potential defects.
If you don't have the necessary experience and any snagging items are missed, you, the tenant or new owner becomes responsible for those items. Sometimes, that only comes to light when you want to move out, and haven't planned for it, which could mean substantial costs.

Nothing was too much effort, and I had updates every day. The 280Sqm double story house was completed within 4 and a half months, and we hare very happy, and would recommend Amarja Building Contractors to anyone.”
