1. does not comply with local building regulations and;

2. deviates from engineering or architectural specifications and;

3. has visible defective and poor  workmanship and;

4. was constructed using sub-standard or poor quality of building materials that is not supported by SABS standards or;

5. may have suffered damaged due to poor design, extreme weather or unsuitable ground conditions.
